]]>Hi Cliff! Great question. If you can’t afford to do actual research, I always recommend at least thinking about everything you do from the standpoint of your target customers, and what they want. If you don’t know, you need to be spending time talking to customers to find out. Obviously, the perfect solution to being perfectly relevant is one-on-one — speaking to an individual audience member about why they’re looking for help, and what you can offer that will solve their problem. But we can get much closer to that ideal by focusing on our audiences and their needs rather than just on what we want to sell.
